Juvenile Justice Coordinator

Lakes Center is hiring a full-time Juvenile Justice Coordinator!

This position will work directly with youth and families while helping Lakes Center strengthen our intervention and diversion services and build a more restorative approach centered on accountability, repairing harm, and rebuilding relationships.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with young people and is also excited about developing programs, building community partnerships, and creating new restorative systems.

💰 $60,000–$65,000 annually
🗺️ Serving northern Washington County and Chisago County
